AS Academy is a future-focused learning platform founded by Sagar Sharma, a passionate Mechanical Engineer with a strong inclination toward robotics, Industry 4.0, and the automotive sector. Built on the philosophy of β€œlearning by building,” AS Academy aims to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world engineering skills. The academy offers affordable, hands-on mentorship programs in Embedded Systems, Arduino Robotics, Bare-Metal Programming, PCB Design, and IoT automation, tailored for students, beginners, and professionals alike. With a project-based approach, live guidance, and a mission to make technical education industry-relevant and accessible, AS Academy empowers learners to build strong portfolios, master core engineering concepts, and prepare confidently for jobs in core tech domains.

The mentor and technical expert, Ashwini Sharma, is a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in firmware development, bare-metal programming, IoT, and real-time embedded systems. With deep expertise in Arduino, AVR, STM32, ESP modules, and various communication protocols (including UART, I2C, SPI, and MODBUS), as well as Linux system programming, she brings practical industry knowledge to every session. Ashwini is known for her structured teaching approach, clarity in explaining complex concepts, and commitment to project-based learning. As the driving force behind AS Academy's technical curriculum, she has mentored hundreds of students and professionals, helping them build strong fundamentals, real-world projects, and the confidence to crack embedded job roles and core technical interviews.
